Relocation of Data Center Equipment

This contract calls for the complete relocation of the Board of Elections Data Center from its current site to a new facility at 1801 Superior Ave, Cleveland. The scope includes disassembly, packing, transportation, unpacking, re‑assembly, power‑up of all equipment, system start‑up support, troubleshooting, and comprehensive documentation of both the existing and future data‑center configurations. Additional responsibilities cover coordination for any needed procurement of extra materials and final site clean‑up. • End‑to‑end physical move of servers, networking gear, and supporting infrastructure. • Technical support for commissioning the relocated equipment and resolving post‑move issues. • Detailed documentation of current and future data‑center layouts, power, and cooling configurations.
