Civil Service Compensation Study

The City of Temple is requesting proposals for a Civil Service Compensation Study to evaluate the City's Civil Service Pay Plan structure, including the step system and compression between steps. The study will also include a compensation market update and a review of supplemental pay programs. The contract was awarded to Management Advisory Group International. Key aspects of the contract include: • The study will cover the City's Police Department (143 Civil Service personnel, 7 positions) and Fire Department (124 Civil Service personnel, 7 positions) • The Offeror shall submit one (1) unbound original and six (6) bound copies of proposal documents • The documents shall be received at the Purchasing Department located at 3210 E Avenue H, Building C, Temple, Texas, 76501 by 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2018
