The Florida State University (FSU) Facilities department is seeking a contract with a Respondent to provide coil cleaning products and services. The successful Respondent will be responsible for developing and overseeing a program to accomplish the individual ordering, distribution, and billing for enzymatic coil cleaning products. The proposed product cleaning solution shall remove biofilm and blockages, disinfect the entire depth of equipment coils, and ensure zero downtime on the operation of HVAC equipment. The supplier shall also provide on-demand cleaning services for HVAC equipment across campus.
