Commercial Custodial Services

The City of Tucson is seeking commercial custodial services for various city departments and facilities. The contract includes services such as monthly custodial services, annual service of hard floors, and annual deep cleaning of carpets. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary supplies, labor, vehicles, travel, equipment, and materials to perform the required services. The contract has a term of 4 years and may be renewed for an additional term upon mutual written agreement. • The contract includes services for various city facilities, including City Hall, Fire Central, and the CAP Complex. • The vendor will be required to provide a quality control form to the contract representative every two weeks. • The vendor will be required to respond to unscheduled clean-up services and minor incidents within 2 hours of notification. • The contract includes a payment provision that requires the City to make payment within 21 days of receipt of materials or services and a correct invoice.
