2024 Property Cleanup to Bring Properties Back into Compliance

The Town of Southampton awarded a municipal property‑cleanup contract aimed at bringing out‑of‑compliance properties up to code. The work is divided into line items covering general yard and structure maintenance, minor and major clean‑up, and removal of various vehicles (motorcycles, cars, heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, boats, campers) plus extraordinary towing/rigging. Two contractors share the award: Safar Construction Inc. handles the majority of non‑vehicle cleanup (Lines 1‑4, 12‑26) while Integrity Tree Care Inc. handles vehicle removal (Lines 5‑11) for the primary portion, and the roles reverse for the secondary portion.
