Description
The County of Riverside's Housing and Workforce Solutions department, through its Workforce Development Division, is seeking information from qualified bidders for communication, website redesign, rebranding, needs assessment, and marketing services. The goal is to gather information to assist with formal bids and to include companies on the bidders invitation list when these bids are posted. The services will be used to support the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and to provide individuals with multiple barriers access to skills and training.
• The services include conducting an organizational communication and marketing needs assessment, redesigning a new website and refresh logo, and marketing materials for the division.
• The County is looking for a vendor that can provide a well-rounded communication and marketing strategy to facilitate the department's ability to connect with residents, job seekers, youth, and employers throughout Riverside County.
• The RFI is not a formal bid, but rather a request for information to assist with the development of formal bids.
• Companies that submit information in response to the RFI will be included on the bidders invitation list when formal bids are posted.
