Description
This solicitation seeks the purchase of two new 15‑passenger vans for the City of Mobile Motor Pool. The vans must be 2020 model year or newer, preferably Ford Transit XLT or an equivalent vehicle that meets a detailed list of mechanical, safety, and comfort specifications. Delivery is required FO B Mobile, AL, with a 20‑day delivery window after receipt of goods (or ≤ 90 days from purchase order issuance). The contract will be awarded on an all‑or‑none basis, meaning the vendor must be able to supply both vans as specified. The bid is a sealed, competitive “all‑or‑none” bid with a deadline of 11:00 a.m. on August 21, 2020. The City will not charge state or local sales taxes and will provide a Federal Excise Tax exemption certificate.
