This contract is for the procurement of SimX virtual reality software licenses and support services to enhance immersive medical training capabilities at Coastal Carolina University. The contract has a total potential value of $42,500.00 and an initial contract period of one year, with the option to renew for up to five years. The contract includes two product line items: SimX Software License(s) and Educational Service & Integration Support. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and the contractor is not authorized to deliver any products or perform any work prior to the effective date of the contract and receipt of a purchase order. • The contract includes a statement of award, which outlines the terms and conditions of the contract. • The contract has a maximum contract period of five years. • The contractor is required to provide educational service and integration support as part of the contract. • The university has the option to renew the contract for up to four additional years. • The contract includes a provision for the contractor to provide software licenses and support services. • The university reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
