Public Safety Communications Products and Services

This contract governs the provision of all public‑safety communications products and related services for Fauquier County, Virginia. Motorola Solutions Inc. supplies the hardware (radios, dispatch consoles, networking gear), software, installation, ongoing maintenance, training, and technical support required to keep the county’s emergency communications system operational. The agreement began in September 2024 and includes up to four one‑year renewal options, two of which have already been exercised, extending the potential performance period through early 2028. Payments are made on net‑45 terms, and all purchase orders must reference the contract number and “not‑to‑exceed” value.
