Custodial Services

The University of North Florida is seeking custodial services for its Department of Housing and Residence Life. The contract is for an initial period of 5 years, with an option to renew for an additional 5 years. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing custodial services, including cleaning and preparation of student rooms and public spaces. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation include price, experience, safety and security, and approach to the project.
