Construction Management Services for Minor Construction Projects

The contract is for construction management services for minor construction projects at Florida State University. The selected firms will be responsible for performing minor project construction contracts, functioning as independent contractors, and publicly bidding trade contracts. The contract term is for three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contract value is estimated to be less than $4,000,000.
