Description
The City of Roseville is seeking a contractor to provide on-call pressure washing, sweeping, and day porter services for its parking garages and other city-maintained properties. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the services. The contract will be awarded pending City Council approval. The recommended award is for Valley Sweeping & Maintenance Inc.
• The services will be provided on an as-needed or emergency basis.
• The contractor will be required to provide a time and material quote method for pricing.
• The City reserves the right to award each bid part separately to different contractors or collectively to one contractor.
• The final negotiation of the scope and pricing is expected to take place once the contractor selection is complete.
