eProcurement Platform- NASPO 43230000-NASPO-16-ACS

The contract is for an eProcurement platform provided by OpenGov, Inc. to the City of Port St. Lucie, FL. The platform will be used for budgeting and planning purposes. The contract includes the configuration of up to two Proofs of Concept, one Budget instance, and the upload of the customer's base budget files into OpenGov budget instances. The contract also includes training for the customer on how to create new Proposals and Worksheets, manage Budgets, and publish Stories. The project completion schedule will not shift, and the customer will ensure resources are available to meet the current project closure date of July 11, 2025. • The contract includes a change order for the addition of Operating Budget configuration to the scope of the project. • The change order includes the configuration of up to two Proofs of Concept, one Budget instance, and the upload of the customer's base budget files into OpenGov budget instances. • The contract includes training for the customer on how to create new Proposals and Worksheets, manage Budgets, and publish Stories. • The project completion schedule will not shift, and the customer will ensure resources are available to meet the current project closure date of July 11, 2025.
