PHI ON-SITE EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OPERATOR'S LICENSE AGREEMENT

The City of Sierra Vista has awarded a contract to PHI dba Air Evac Services for on-site emergency medical transportation services at the Sierra Vista Municipal Airport. The contract includes provisions for the operator to provide emergency medical transportation services, obtain necessary licenses and permits, and maintain liability insurance. The operator is also required to furnish quarterly reports to the Airport Manager and pay an annual license fee. The contract is for a term of one year, from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
