UNG - Promotional Items

The University of North Georgia is seeking one or more qualified suppliers to provide promotional items for various events. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four one-year options to renew. The successful vendor will be required to register with the University's current trademark and licensing supplier, CLC Learfield Licensing. The contract will include provisions for insurance, sales and use tax compliance, and other standard terms and conditions. • The contract is for the provision of promotional items, including souvenirs, novelties, and advertising specialty products. • The successful vendor will be required to provide GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates. • The contract will include provisions for sales and use tax compliance. • The contract will be subject to the State of Georgia's standard terms and conditions. • The contract will include provisions for renewal, extension, and termination.
