Description
Georgia Highlands College is seeking a janitorial services provider for its four campuses. The contract requires the provider to manage custodial service operations, follow APPA Level II standards, and provide a sufficient number of employees based on cleanable space, frequency, and surface types. The provider will be responsible for routine, repetitive, and specialized cleaning functions, and will be required to use appropriate cleaning equipment and resources. The contract also requires the provider to have a general manager who will be responsible for daily cleaning audits, communicating with the college's Facilities department, and ensuring that all cleaning requests are entered into the college's work order system.
