CAMPAIGN DISCLOSURES ELECTRONIC FILING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The County of Sacramento is seeking a vendor to provide a campaign disclosures electronic filing and management system. The system should allow for electronic filing of campaign disclosure reports and provide online forms/applications for candidates. The system should also provide a public viewing portal for the public to view filed statements. The vendor should be able to implement the system by December 31, 2014, and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance. The contract is for a 3-year period, and the vendor will be evaluated based on their company profile, experience, project management and deployment methodology, references, general and functional requirements, technical requirements, and price. • The system should provide an electronic filing and management system for campaign disclosures. • The system should provide storage for filed reports and allow for public access. • The system should provide a free online filer application for users to input their data and electronically file their statements. • The system should provide a public viewing portal for the public to view filed statements. • The vendor should be able to implement the system by December 31, 2014. • The vendor should provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
