Description
The Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) issued an Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP 19055) to secure a technical advisor for the development of a statewide Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C‑PACE) program. The selected contractor will provide expert consultation, produce three analytical white papers covering financing options, administrative structures, and credit‑worthiness thresholds, and offer ongoing advisory support, including participation in up to four advisory‑group meetings per year. The contract is a one‑year Time‑and‑Expenses (T&E) agreement with a budget of $35,000‑$40,000, and includes an option for a single one‑year renewal. All work is to be performed from the contractor’s own offices, with travel and per‑diem costs incorporated in the price.
