SNOW PLOW BLADES, GRADER BLADES, AND BOLTS

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of snow plow blades, grader blades, and bolts for the County of Ocean. The contract was awarded to five vendors: Chemung Supply Corp., Winter Equipment Company, Inc., BMS Property Management, Inc., H.A. DeHart & Son, Inc., and Lacal Equipment, Inc. The contract period is from May 5, 2021, to May 4, 2022, with the option to extend. The vendors have extended their contract prices to participants in the County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. The contract includes a variety of snow plow blades, grader blades, and bolts, with different specifications and prices. • The contract includes 25 line items for different types of snow plow blades, grader blades, and bolts. • The vendors have provided prices for each line item, ranging from $0.75 to $1,829.00 per unit. • The contract includes provisions for payment, delivery, and warranty. • The County of Ocean reserves the right to extend the term of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-15.
