22-6041 Ambulances, EMS & Other Special Service Vehicles (H-GAC COOP )

The City of Goodyear has entered into a cooperative purchasing agreement with LDV, Inc. for the provision of ambulances, EMS, and other special service vehicles. The agreement is based on a contract between the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) and LDV, Inc., and allows the City of Goodyear to purchase vehicles at the rates specified in the H-GAC contract. The agreement has a term of one year, with the option to renew. The City of Goodyear will pay LDV, Inc. an aggregate amount not to exceed the purchase order amount, and LDV, Inc. will provide the vehicles and services as specified in the agreement. The agreement also includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnification.
