087.25.B1 Graduation Venue and Related Items

This contract is for the use of the Merriweather Post Pavilion and associated parking lots for the Howard County High School Commencement Ceremonies. The contract includes provisions for insurance, permits, and compliance with laws, as well as rules and regulations for the use of the premises. The vendor, It's My Amphitheater, Inc. d/b/a Merriweather Post Pavilion, will provide the venue and related services, including sound and video services, parking, and security. The contract also includes an agreement for the storage and display of certain items, such as hanging banners, carpet runners, and stage items. • The contract is for a total of 12 commencement ceremonies, with 2 ceremonies per day on May 21, 22, 27, 28, and 29. • The vendor will provide sound and video services for all ceremonies. • The vendor will also provide parking and security services for all ceremonies. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, including comprehensive general liability and automobile liability coverage. • The contract includes provisions for permits and compliance with laws, including rules and regulations for the use of the premises. • The vendor will be responsible for the setup and takedown of the stage and other equipment. • The contract includes an agreement for the storage and display of certain items, such as hanging banners, carpet runners, and stage items.
