Mowing and Maintenance Services

The City of Temple is seeking mowing and maintenance services for various locations within the city limits. The contract includes services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing hard surfaces, as well as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. The contract is divided into two sections, with multiple vendors awarded contracts for different locations. The services will be provided from March to November, with optional services available from December to February. The funding sources for the contract include Parks & Recreation and Reinvestment Zone. • The contract includes services for locations such as FM 2305 Walking Trail, State Hwy 317 & FM 2305 Intersection, Westfield Blvd Traffic Islands, and many others. • The vendors will be required to provide their own equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contract has a total yearly price of $97,235.00 for one vendor, $113,950.00 for another, and $197,980.78 for the third vendor. • The contract is recommended for council award, with no exceptions or omissions.
