Food and Nutrition Services Dairy Products

The Puyallup School District is seeking bids for Food and Nutrition Services Dairy Products. The contract period is from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025, with optional renewals of up to two additional years. The estimated bid value is $600,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to deliver milk at/or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit, in clean and sanitary containers. The district will not be liable for any expenses incurred in the preparation of proposal documents. • The contract requires two deliveries per week, per location, within specified time periods. • The successful bidder must provide a delivery calendar by July 31, 2024. • The district reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the bid documents.
