Description
The contract between the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Paradise Advertising & Marketing, Inc. is for advertising, public relations, social media, and website services. • The contractor shall provide assistance in event promotion, including coordination of event promotion plans and copy editing.
• The contractor shall provide ongoing public relations services, including aggressively pitching and placing stories in national and regional areas.
• The contractor shall provide ongoing social media services, including the development of a monthly content calendar and implementation, monitoring, engagement, and optimization of social media platforms.
• The contractor shall provide website maintenance and management, including content updates and structural or development modifications as needed.
• The contractor shall provide creative services, production, and content development, including graphic design, copywriting, video editing, and e-blast creation.
The contract also includes provisions for payment, insurance, and termination. The City of St. Petersburg shall pay the contractor for services rendered in accordance with the prices set forth in the contract. The contractor shall maintain certain types and amounts of insurance throughout the term of the contract. The contract may be terminated by the City of St. Petersburg at any time with thirty days' written notice.
