Retirement Plan Administration and Record Keeping Services

The Summit County Executive is seeking to award a contract for retirement plan administration and record keeping services. The contract will be for a five-year term and will be awarded to AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company and Wilshire Associates Incorporated. AXA will provide data aggregation and monitoring, process employee contributions, provide support for plan maintenance and audits, provide plan and participant education and provide support services. Wilshire Associates Incorporated will provide investment selection and monitoring for a 457 deferred compensation plan for County employees through AXA.
