Security Guard Services for Special Taxing Districts

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking security guard services for its Special Taxing Districts. The contract is for a three (3) year period with two (2) one-year options to renew. The selected vendors will provide Level 1 and 2 unarmed security guard services, including stationary and roving patrol services, at various locations. The contract value is estimated to be around $1,261,741 per year. • The contract requires the vendors to provide all necessary equipment, uniforms, and supplies. • The vendors must have a valid security firm authorization to conduct business in the State of Florida. • The vendors must have at least five (5) years of experience providing security services. • The vendors must have performed satisfactorily on at least three (3) prior security guard service contracts within the last five (5) years.
