IBM SYSTEM X3755 M3

The County of Riverside issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) #OSARC-023 for the procurement of IBM System X3755 M3 and accessories. The RFQ was cancelled due to all quotes being over the budgeted amount. A new RFQ will be released at a later date. The scope of work includes the provision of IBM System X3755 M3, AMD Opteron processors, 8GB (1x8GB, 2Rx4, 1.5V) PC3-10600 CL9 ECC DDR3 1333MHz LP RD, IBM 600GB 15K 6GBPS SAS 3.5" hot-swap HDD, and other related accessories. The contract was to be awarded to a single vendor, but all quotes were rejected due to being over the budgeted amount. • The RFQ was cancelled per section 9.0 of the RFQ document. • The County reserves the right to withdraw the Request for Quote, reject a specific quote for noncompliance, or not award a bid at any time. • A new RFQ will be labeled as OSARC-23A and released at a later date. • The County appreciates the interest of the vendors and their names will remain on the vendor's list for future bid considerations.
