Construction Engineering & Inspections (CEI) Continuing Services

The City of Port St. Lucie has awarded a contract to GFT Infrastructure, Inc. f/k/a Gannett Fleming, Inc. for Construction Engineering & Inspections (CEI) Continuing Services. The contract is for a term of three years, with two additional one-year options to renew. The contract amount is TBD per project. The scope of work includes construction engineering and inspections services. The contract requires the vendor to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Section 218.755, Florida Statutes. The vendor must also submit a price quote for any change orders requested or issued by the City. • The contract is a master contract on a per project basis. • The vendor must comply with all requirements in any grant and/or other funding agreements necessary to submit a change order. • The contract requires the vendor to obtain the CEI's approval prior to submitting a change order to the City for review. • The contract includes a bond rider requirement if a performance and payment bond was required under the contract.
