Human Resource Management System

The City of Olathe, Kansas, issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to replace the existing Human Resources applications. The RFP was closed on April 3, 2019, and all proposals submitted have been rejected. The City of Olathe intends to establish a contract with a vendor for the subscription, implementation, and continued support of a HRMS, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The scope of work includes meeting the needs of the project scope, product functionality, and implementation under the terms of the agreement.
