Each vendor delivers “as‑required” planning, design, civil/traffic engineering, construction management, and related services on a task‑by‑task basis. The contracts run for a base 24‑month term with two one‑year renewals already exercised (through 2026) and include an option for two additional one‑year extensions. Pricing is based on hourly rates with a $5 million ceiling per term, and payments are made net‑45.
