C-101354: ITB 23-28: Access Control & Video Surveillance Unit Priced Services

This contract provides for the repair and maintenance of the City's access control and video surveillance systems. The contract is a unit-priced contract, and the City reserves the right to perform work using this contract or using City staff or other contractors. The contract has a term of one year, commencing on the effective date, and can be extended. The vendor is required to provide an approved L&I "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages" before any payments can be made, and an L&I "Affidavit of Prevailing Wages Paid" must be filed for all work performed each year. • The contract is for the convenience of the City and does not carry any estimates as to how much could be spent. • The intent of this contract is to provide for small, recurring, or routine repairs as needed by the City. • Work orders that are greater than $35,000 shall not be utilized under this contract.
