123.25.B1 Prequalification of Coach Bus Contractors

The contract is for the prequalification of coach bus contractors for the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS). The contractor, Academy Express, LLC., will provide coach bus services to the HCPSS on an as-needed basis. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional three years. The contract value is not to exceed $2,000,000 over the term of the contract, with an annual spending authority of $500,000. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and insurance.
