Graphic Design ITQ

This contract is for graphic design and communications services to support City of Pittsburgh projects on an as-needed basis. The contract has a term of two years with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The contract has a maximum annual compensation limit of $500,000. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability. • The contract includes provisions for work orders, invoicing, and payment. • The contractor must provide all work within the time limits required under the contract. • The City of Pittsburgh has the right to audit the contractor's accounts and supporting documentation related to the contract. • The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pittsburgh, its officers, and employees from any losses, costs, penalties, fines, claims, judgments, and damages. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, workers' compensation, and anti-discrimination. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and administrative regulations.
