Description
This contract provides the City of Spokane with boarding and minor‑repair services for unsecured and substandard properties throughout the city. The work includes emergency 24‑hour boarding, installation of plywood or polycarbonate barriers on doors, windows, and roof openings, as well as small‑scale repairs such as roof patches, window/door sealing, and other quick‑turnaround fixes. The agreement is a three‑year unit‑price contract (July 1 2025 – June 30 2028) with a one‑year renewal option, subject to prevailing‑wage requirements and a maximum annual spend of $50,000 (≈ $150,000 over three years). The City will evaluate four submitted quotes and has awarded the contract to North Country Services LLC.

• Pricing: unit‑price rates for straight‑time, overtime, holiday, and emergency labor; material markup (typically 20‑25 %); travel fees ($100 non‑emergency, $150 emergency); all prices include 9 % WA sales tax.
