RFP 2015-33 QHP Selection, Oversight and Management Support

This contract provides consulting, evaluation, oversight, and management‑support services for Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) administered through California’s health exchange. The awardee must obtain licensed access to the eValue8 tool, score and analyze QHP responses, produce performance reports, and train Covered California staff on tool usage. The work is performed on a time‑and‑materials basis with a maximum contract value of $190,000, and the contract runs from July 2016 through June 2017 with the possibility of two one‑year extensions.
