Project Manage Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS)

The State of Wyoming, Department of Family Services, is seeking a project manager to evaluate the current Wyoming Children’s Assistance and Protection System (WYCAPS) and recommend one of two options: improving the integrity and functionality of the current WYCAPS system to ensure CCWIS compliance or fully migrating WYCAPS to a new federally compliant CCWIS system. The project manager will be responsible for managing the comprehensive child welfare information system. Key aspects of the contract include: • Evaluating the current WYCAPS system • Recommending options for improvement or migration • Managing the CCWIS project • Ensuring compliance with federal regulations • Coordinating with the Department of Family Services and other stakeholders
