Description
This contract provides unarmed, uniformed security guard services for the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal (MACT). The City of Mobile will award the contract to the lowest‑qualified bidder who can staff a minimum 15‑person roster, supply TWIC‑credentialed guards, and maintain a 24‑hour local contact line. Service requirements include 13 guards on each cruise‑ship turnaround day (0600‑1600), a supervisory guard on every active day, startup and annual refresher training, uniform provision, and construction/maintenance of two guard‑houses at vehicle entry points. Compensation is hourly, with rates to be submitted by the vendor; the City will also reimburse training attendance hours. The base term is three years with a possible three‑year extension.
