The State of Georgia, specifically the Atlanta Metropolitan State College, issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for custodial services. The contract was awarded to Intercontinental Commercial Service, Inc. for $1,103,446.80. The contract term is from the date of award until the end of the State's current fiscal year, with four one-year options to renew at the sole discretion of the State Entity. The scope of work includes providing custodial services to the college, which has approximately 1500 students, 56 full-time faculty, and 115 full-time staff. The college has 9 buildings totaling 301,301 cleanable square feet. • The contract requires the vendor to provide annual cost in the bid and meet all delivery requirements specified in the contract. • The vendor must also provide GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates as defined in the attached file. • The contract has a sales and use tax compliance requirement, and the vendor must complete the Sales and Use Tax compliance form. • The vendor must also agree to price match the lowest vendor's price for this bid if they are a Small Business or a Georgia Resident Small business.
