Description
The US Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to perform preventative maintenance on two water recycling wash rack facilities located at JBSA Randolph. The services include a monthly preventative maintenance service plan with response repair visits for Routine, Urgent, and Emergent Assessments. The contractor shall sustain two water recycling systems through scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair of deficiencies to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable wash rack operations.
• The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and materials necessary to inspect, monitor, and perform parts replacement, adjustments, and repairs as defined herein.
• The contractor shall provide all documentation on all inspections, maintenance, and repair.
• The performance period is one year plus four option years.
• The place of delivery is JBSA-Randolph AFB, Texas.
