Description
The Travis County Healthcare District dba Central Health is seeking up to three vendors to provide catalogs for professional audio-visual equipment and services, and to provide live-video production services and equipment for community events and other public and special meetings as needed and requested. The selected vendors will be required to provide pre-event coordination and set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and breakdown services, as well as high-quality video and audio coverage, seamless live-streaming and recording, and comprehensive AV support.
• The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with four optional one-year renewal periods.
• The vendors will be selected based on their ability to provide the required services and equipment, as well as their proximity to Travis County.
• The proposal submission deadline is September 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The contract award is expected to be made to the vendor that best satisfies Central Health's requirements and provides the best overall value.
