Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for software for user journey mapping analysis. The contract will be for a term of one year. The bidder must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms. The bid must be submitted online through the Vendor Self Service portal. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to request clarification of any bid.
• The software must be able to provide strategic research interactions and frontline digital interactions.
• The software must be able to provide digital experience analytics sessions.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer such products and/or perform such services.
The project duration is expected to be 1 year.
