Law School Commencement Tent with Related Equipment, Supplies, and Services

The University of Connecticut is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide tent rental services for its 2026, 2027, and 2028 Law School Commencement Ceremonies. The selected vendor will be required to provide tent and event infrastructure services, including equipment, supplies, and services. The contract term will be for 3 years, with the option for two 1-year extensions. The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including NFPA standards and ADA accessibility. • The University is looking for a vendor with experience providing tent and event infrastructure services for higher education institutions or similarly scaled events. • The vendor must be able to meet all installation and removal deadlines as specified in the RFP. • The vendor must be able to provide a contingency plan in case of weather delays or site access issues. • The vendor must be able to ensure quality control and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • The vendor must be able to provide three references of comparable size and scope to the University's requirements in this solicitation.
