Description
Morgan State University is seeking a comprehensive Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to support the full spectrum of HR activities. The system should include features such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation management, learning management, employee relations case management, workforce planning, document management, compliance reporting, employee self-service functionalities, and manager self-service functionalities. The university has approximately 2,400 total employees who would be customer end-users, and about 25 HR team members will require elevated access to perform their functions.
