The Lumberton Township Board of Education seeks a qualified firm to serve as its health‑insurance broker/consultant for the 2026‑2027 school year. The vendor will advise the Board on plan design, pricing, compliance, and collective‑bargaining matters, and must be available for non‑business‑hour assistance and rapid response to emergent issues. The contract requires a firm with extensive experience in school‑district health‑insurance brokerage and a senior professional with deep collective‑bargaining expertise.
• Provide ongoing health‑insurance brokerage and consulting services throughout July 2026 – June 2027.
• Advise on plan options, pricing, compliance, and assist with special‑education audit/review as needed.
• Maintain proximity to the Board’s office for prompt, after‑hours support and emergent response.
• Demonstrate at least 10 years in business, service to ≥ 2,500 public‑school clients, and a senior staff member with ≥ 20 years collective‑bargaining experience.
