The books must be bound in sets of 50 pages, include red consecutive numbering starting at #226001, be wrapped in a 100‑lb manila tag (cover not printed), packaged in cartons with low numbers on top, and delivered to the agency’s dock. All bids must be submitted online, FOB Destination, with freight prepaid. The vendor must be pre‑qualified with DTMB/Print & Mail Management and comply with strict pallet, labeling, and electronic file return requirements.
