GS Procurement Services: Goods - Tires, Vehicle (New and Recaps)

The County of Santa Barbara Procurement Services is seeking new (unused) tires, recaps, and related items for General Services Vehicle Operations and Public Works Resource Recovery & Waste Management Division. The contract period will be approximately 18 months, starting from January 1, 2026, or a mutually agreed-upon start date, and ending on June 30, 2027. The estimated annual purchase volume is approximately $350,000.00. Bidders must provide pricing for all products listed on the State of California pricing contract and include the cost of delivery to locations in their pricing. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose offer is the most advantageous to the County, considering factors such as suitability to purpose, quality, service, previous experience, price, and ability to deliver. • Bidders must submit their replies in strict conformity to the requirements stated in the invitation. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all replies and to negotiate with the selected bidder to establish alternative or additional consequences for failure to fulfill any requirement of the contract.
