Janitorial Services At Elkton District Court Multi Purpose Center

The Department of General Services is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Elkton District Court and Multi-Service Center. The contract will be for a period of three years with two one-year renewal options. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning tasks, including emptying trash, cleaning glass and mirrors, and disinfecting water fountains. The contractor will also be required to provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest price. • Key tasks include: • Emptying trash and recyclables • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and water fountains • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Cleaning glass and mirrors • Providing a daytime janitor and on-site supervisor • Meeting all applicable standards and regulations • Providing all necessary equipment and supplies • Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
