J041--Liebert Air Conditioning Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information on Liebert Air Conditioning Maintenance services for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The contract will cover a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work on the cooling units, including preventative maintenance visits and on-site remedial repair service visits. The contractor must provide fully qualified and trained service technicians with EPA Section 608 certification and HVAC Excellence and NATE certification. • The contractor must provide a mix of semiannual and quarterly preventative maintenance calls each year. • The contractor must maintain the cooling units at levels necessary to provide the specified functions to meet the manufacturer's current equipment specifications. • The contractor must provide one designated point of contact to the government's designated representative for coordination of parts delivery and maintenance. • The contractor must provide a toll-free telephone number for service calls.
