Supply & Delivery of Double-Sifted Clean Soil

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a reliable supplier to provide and deliver approximately 400 cubic yards of double-sifted, clean soil for the annual Mud Wars event. The soil must be free of rocks, roots, debris, and hazardous materials, and suitable for recreational use by youth. The vendor must have at least three years of experience in supplying and delivering bulk materials, and must be able to meet the specified timelines and delivery requirements. The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, delivery, logistics, and documentation necessary to safely perform the services. • The City will provide a point of contact to administer the agreement and assist with planning, strategy, and objectives. • The vendor must provide a single point of contact, a dedicated account manager, to oversee all aspects of implementation, servicing, reporting, and issue resolution. • The vendor must be able to address any unforeseen issues, such as weather delays or access constraints, and ensure delivery is completed as required. • The vendor must adhere to all site access rules, safety protocols, and traffic coordination requirements during delivery operations. • The vendor must provide qualified personnel to perform delivery and controlled unloading operations safely and efficiently.
