H165--Medical Gas-Venting Evaluation and Monitoring

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide medical gas-venting evaluation and monitoring services. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify capable sources to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. Vendors are required to provide documentation demonstrating their experience in medical gas testing, hazardous vapor sampling, ventilation measurements, and medical gas system certification in healthcare facilities. They must also confirm their capability to comply with all codes and standards required in the Statement of Work. Key requirements include: • Providing documentation of experience in medical gas testing and certification • Confirming possession of required certifications and licenses, such as ASSE 6020 Medical Gas Verifier • Complying with all codes and standards, including NFPA 99 and OSHA 1910.1048 • Providing information on sampling equipment and analysis methods • Confirming capability to perform emergency and unscheduled medical gas system repairs
